1. Eligibility Criteria
Returns or exchanges must meet the following conditions:
- Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Tags and labels are still attached
- Request is made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized jackets
- Final sale or clearance items
- Worn or damaged products due to customer misuse
3. Return Process
- Email us at returns@hollywoodstylejackets.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and address.
- Ship the item back via a trackable service.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
